Banana Berry Protein Smoothie

It is Summer here in Australia and our mornings can be scorching hot! One of my favourite ways too cool down after an AM cardio session is with my Banana Berry Protein Smoothie! I have this for breakfast EVERY morning, yep, every morning. Smoothies are great because you can add so many different ingredients & blend them all into one. All you will need for this is a blender & hungry tummy!
Lets get blending :)


Ingredients

1 banana 
Nanna's - Frozen mixed berries
Vanilla Protowhey
Water
Chia Seeds
Ice Cubes
Farmers Union - Light Greek Style Yoghurt
Wholegrain Quick Oats

Instructions

Get your blender ready
Firstly add 1/2 a cup of your oats along with 2 scoops of your protowhey into the blender.
Add 1 cup of water and peel your banana.
Add the banana along with 4 ice cubes.
Grab a handful of your frozen berries & add them on top.
Add a tablespoon of Chia seeds followed by a tablespoon of greek yoghurt.
Blend!

It's as simple as that! This is quite a large serving for some people but i drink all of it! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day & i won't be eating for another 3 hours. I also make breakfast my biggest meal of the day, getting smaller throughout the rest of the day.
