ASN Ambassador

As some of you may have seen on my Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, i have just joined the team at ASN Hamilton as one of their official Ambassadors! I am VERY honoured to be given this opportunity and work with such an amazing team & company!

ASN is actually the first store i went to when i first started training & getting into health & fitness.

I recently went to pick up a new supplement stack from ASN Hamilton & thought this would be a great opportunity to share with you guys some of my new favourites of what i will be taking over the next few months. Now i know a lot of girls feel too intimidated to go into a supplement store or don't have a clue where to start but trust me, these guys will make you feel at home & give you the best advice you could ask for. Especially the beautiful Liz! She introduced me to some products i hadn't even thought about adding to my stack.

So lets get started!

Beauty Bum

Now this is a product i have wanted to try for a long time. Beauty bum is an advanced toning cream that targets cellulite and stubborn fat on the thighs/bum. If you apply it regularly to the skin the liposomes in the product penetrate deep into the upper skin layers to deliver visibly toned, more subtle and healthier skin. (Girls best friend?)

The first time i applied the product i just used my hands and applied the cream to the front and back of my thighs and onto my bum. I accidentally got some of the cream on both sides of my wrists and it made them itch like crazy! If that does or has happened to you, don't freak out! Try washing the product off if it hasn't already started working and if that doesn't work you're just going to have to put up with itchy, burning wrists for a bout 25 minutes. The cream also makes your skin turn red and will give a slight tingle and burn. I like to apply mine before a workout for a better effect. 

Proto Whey

Proto Whey is my holy grail protein. I've been taking this supplement for about two years now and don't plan on changing anytime soon. It is one of the best tasting proteins i have ever tried! My number one is the 'Double Chocolate' (It literally smells like milo) and now i have been using the 'Vanilla Creme' which i add to my smoothies every morning.

Proto Whey contains 20g Protein, 3g Sugar, 140 Calories, 3g Fibre and is Gluten Free.

Immugreens/Immureds

Immugreens & Immureds is something i wouldn't have considered if it wasn't for Liz! Basically if you're not eating enough greens or reds in your daily meals, this product is for you!

Very simply and easy to take, all you have to do is add 2 teaspoons (10g) to a large glass of water or juice as a daily drink or you can add it to such things as yoghurt or smoothies!

This product is naturally sweetened with Stevia and is also vegan. I like to drink mine with water when i am having my lunch.

ZMA 

ZMA, another one of my new holy grail products! If you're like me and can have trouble sleeping at night i highly recommend you try this product. 

Females take 2 capsules before bed (preferably on an empty stomach) and then you fall asleep... Just kidding! 

What ZMA does is help your muscles recover, heal & grow while promoting a deep restful sleep which is also very important for the muscles. ZMA contains Zinc Magnesium and B6.
